Sea Haven is a beautifully appointed reverse-living vacation home set in the very heart of Beach Haven, New Jersey. Everything you love about Long Beach Island is steps away — eight of the best restaurants on LBI are just one block from your front door, the bay is two blocks away, and the Atlantic beach is just five blocks out.
Fire up the full-size grill in the fenced backyard, gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the bay, and end every evening on one of two private sunset decks. Sea Haven is the kind of place where time slows down and every day feels like a true escape.
With a full garage stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, surfboards, boogie boards, and wetsuits, you'll arrive and never need to worry about a thing.

Outdoor Living
Unwind on the first-floor deck with three rocking chairs, or host dinner on the second-floor sunset deck with seating for 6 and a comfortable outdoor couch overlooking the bay horizon.
Gather around the fire pit in the fenced backyard, surrounded by four classic Adirondack chairs. Perfect for evenings after a day at the beach. (Firewood not provided.)
The backyard features a full-size gas grill with equipment, an outdoor dining table and chairs — everything you need for a proper cookout.
Unwind in the private hot tub tucked in the backyard — perfect after a long day at the beach or a stroll to the bay.
Rinse off after the beach with two outdoor showers available from April through October. Access the backyard through the east-side gate or through the garage.

“Great location, left the car and didn’t have to use it again until check out. Home was beautiful and exactly as described. The space was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. House was also stocked with everything you need such as towels, appliances, beach chairs, etc. Even things like cleaning supplies, garbage bags, basic spices, soap, ziplock bags etc which weren’t expected was available (Likely many items left by prior families) Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent here again!”
“Our third year staying in this house was just as lovely as the others. Great house. Love the upstairs deck and the reverse floor plan. We even were able to watch fireworks from the deck!!!!! Short walk to bay, walkable trip to the ocean and walkable to many restaurants and activities ( such as Bay Village and Fantasy Island). Fire Pit, Hot Tub and 2 Outdoor showers added pluses.”
“Our family had an amazing stay at this Beach Haven gem! The house was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and spotless from top to bottom. It truly felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. One of our favorite parts was the location. We were able to walk everywhere—the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and even the liquor store were all just a short stroll away. There are so many great dining options nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Beach Haven has to offer without constantly getting in the car. The beds were comfortable, and being pet-friendly was a huge bonus for our family. We also loved spending time on the upper balcony taking in the beautiful bay views and spectacular sunsets each evening. The flexible checkout was greatly appreciated and made our departure much less stressful. Part of me wants to keep this place a hidden gem, but it deserves a fantastic review. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!”
